   Product Detail


Colorimetric and enzymatic analysis is applied e.g., for different sugars, acids and alcohols, as well as for nitrate, phosphate, sulphate, calcium, magnesium, iron, chloride, urea, ammonia and protein. Supporting standards are available. All methods are automated.
  • Kit structure includes 2 to 4 reagents in 20mL vials
  • Bar coded vials are simple and fast to use
  • All necessary data, like lot and expiry date, is automatically read
  • Maximum number of tests from one kit is 350
  • The photometric measurement is based on the formation or consumption of NAD or NADH
  • Measurements are done at 340nm in 37°C
  • Automated dilutions make possible to apply methods for wide range of analyte concentrations
