Informatics CARES
|
|
The CARES Initiative was developed to enhance our delivery system across our product development, sales and service organizations. We are committed to providing nothing but excellence to all of our customers, no matter where your business may be located. The CARES Initiative (Customer Allegiance through Responsive, Excellent Service) encompasses all phases of product development, sales and service, and demonstrates our commitment to exceeding customer expectations across all operational levels.
We’ve heard you – and as part of our ongoing CARES initiatives, we will be launching two new service enhancements before the end of the year.
1) Getting Less Voicemail: You have indicated that you periodically get voicemail and would generally prefer to always speak to a live representative. We will be taking advantage of our existing communications architecture to use skills-based ranking and analyst availability as a way of routing calls to live analysts. In the past, only analysts assigned to the specific product would get calls related to that product. Going forward, all available US analysts will be on hand to receive calls on all products.
2) Improvements in Depot Repair: An investigation of the depot repair process was triggered by a customer notification indicating that some returns were damaged. As a result of the investigation, we implemented a change in our Depot Repair process to record an incident when damaged goods are received by the customer or by us. A positive side effect of the investigation is that we have implemented changes in our CRM to notify our customers of the exact date that returns are shipped and provide our analysts with tracking information from within our CRM.
